Reservations Manager:
As Reservations Manager, you will manage the effective operation of the reservations department to maximise sales for the hotel. You will ensure maximum reveneue opportunities are achieved through execution and maintenance of all sales strategies implemented by the Group Revenue Manager and Director of Sales. As Reservations Manager you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of one by actively guiding and directing to ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery. You will work very closely with the Conference & Banqueting Sales Supervisor and as a team member within the sales office.

The position require two years supervisory experience or similar. Knowledge of HOLIDEX, BRILLIANT PMPro and EasyRMS would be an advantage.

Holiday Inn Garden Court Sandy:
 
Reception Team Leader:
40 hour per week, shifts 5 days out of 7.  Must have hotel reception supervisory experience.  Will be managing and training staff, adhering to all policies and procedures.  Customer focus and strong leadership essential.
Salary negotiable, dependant on experience.

Night Porter – Friday & Saturday 11pm-7.15am:
Must have hotel experience.  Carrying out reception duties, serving at bar, setting up breakfast, safety & security of guests.  Must be computer literate.
Wage negotiable dependant on experience.

Receptionist – 16-24 hours a week,
 with 40 hours required to cover holiday/sickness:  
Must have hotel reception experience, be customer focused and have excellent attention to detail.
